All my work is handmade and custom-made.
Together we'll discuss your needs, your wishes, your style etc ... Based on that, we'll develop a concept that perfectly suits both parties, along with a tailored price quote. Understand that the hours of shooting isn't the whole work. There is preparation, pre-production and post, there is the editing, ... the shooting is just a small piece of the whole.

My style is run_&_gun.
This means, I am a one-woman's-band-photographer. I film with one main camera, this beast is made for this run&gun work, (a 4K sony a7s III) 2 drones (Dji's), sometimes an action camera. I don't bring extra lights, I work with the natural circumstances. In some projects where it is part of the creative concept, we discuss this. I am a ninja who moves with what is needed. I am a creative, not a studio crew. My gear is all in one, and so am I, just multi-functional and a very flexible gentle human being.

Cancellations
In case you want or need to cancel your request/contract, there are several things to consider.
First : weather !
It's a bitch sometimes. We cannot control this, and depending on our concept it may ruin or safe your outcome. If due to weather we cannot shoot, we find another moment.
In case of bad weather, but your event cannot be canceled, we will make the very best out of it ! Just don't expect sunny shots while it's trashing outside. It can be very beautiful tough, we'll bend this disaster into something great.
Second : if you need to cancel because of unforseen circumstances I charge the preparation time, this is depending on the project of course and can be looked at when we set up the price-quote so it's all in proportion.

Better safe then sorry
I am filming since I was a teenager and came through many circumstances. I learned many lessons and think now : the more we step into creating from clearity, it will benefit all ! I will ask many questions about what you want and how you want it, without killing the magic, because I am an artist and I would want you to be always amazed and enjoy your shoot to the max !

I love new stuff I haven't done before, I thrive on challenges, but working as a warm team is even more important, because the energy we create in our concept will flow into the creation.

They serve as a guideline.
Because every piece is unique.
After you agreed upon my price-quote, we are going for it !
This agreeing makes you are saying 'yes', this means we have a contract. Awesome !
We can discuss how we are gonna approach things by phone or videocall, for bigger projects it s really nice we meet up in person and figure everything out live.
VAT :
All prices are excluding VAT which is 21%

Delivery & deadlines.
On average your pictures will be delivered 2 weeks to one month after the production shooting. Alltough it all depends what kind of project we are stepping into. We will find the perfect time when your pictrues are needed, this is all according the/your deadline. If you need it fast, or even more faster, all could be possible, depending on my own shedules and work of course.
Turbo demands ask for an extra cost.

Transport
The price for a car goes with the official rates. 2025-2026 it is : 0.44 euros/km.
Flying tickets
For projects outside Belgium (or places not reachable by driving) must be purchased by the client or organisation.
Train or bike
I get it, sometimes a train might be possible, a bike mostly not handy with gear.

Working-station
I need a little place during long shoots (from 1 day or more days) where I can create a little desk-charge-station. I need to be able to acces it at all times where my gear is safe. I change and charge batteries, load content into hard drives, prep the gear again, etc ... Especially in warm conditions, these camera's eat them batteries!
